What is my baby sitters problem?

my brothers friend is baby sitting me when my parents are away even thought i told him that i don't need a baby sitter because i am 4teen he just came into my house and completely took over my house i can't leave because my dad he is like rich because he is bart of the cia and so that people wont break in he installed a awsome alarm system that whenever someone enters any room in the house then a scanner scannes you and you are not in the system it shocks you i hate it becaus my friends get shocked anyway he found out the code because of my stupid big brother and he made it so that if i take a step out the door i get shocked. so i can't leave the house ever!!! but if i go to school i have to wear an ankle braclet so that he can know where i am at all times. that is so unfair
