Does anyone knoe the name of this old kiddie movie?

where these two kids had a beagle or something with long ears and they had a book where they could go in this town and in that town there was a woman with a rainbow suit but then her colors were going away so they had to get her colors back by helping the other people that lived there to get along. and there was this talking tree and they went to this place were these little puff or something sang "ten in the bed" and this mop thing that whenever you pet it, it started singing. and one of the families was a country family and wore all red and had like five kids and a husband and a wife. does anyone know what its called???
