Want to know if its wrong to move in with a guy that i dated in the past and 3 years later move in???

You may want to give him some time before moving in. I'm sure he's great now and very sincere, but it's a big adjustment getting out of rehab. He'll need to focus on himself for a while to make sure he can stay clean. You don't want to move in with your daughter and find out in 6 months that the stress of moving in together so soon after him coming out of rehab caused him to have a relapse. You need to focus on your daughter first. Is he getting out of rehab and moving back into the same town where he was using? It would easier for his sobriety to move away from old friend and old haunts where he used to use. Maybe he could move into the town where you live and you guys to date, let him get his own place and you guys get to know each other and let him get to know his clean sober self b/f you start a life together.
