What do i need to do if my employer is 'adjusting' my time clock?

I live in GA and work for a franchise. I have been keeping up with my time slips, u get a print out of time punched in and out. I have been noticing my hours have been shorted thirty minutes here forty five there, so I did research, and I have papers (payroll) that proves that my time was adjusted, if I talk to my gm and em they will only cut my hours and not do anything about it. I am the only one this is happening to, this company is very crooked. I have seen alot of people be fired and got rid of because of no fault of they're own, another dm has a history of getting new people to work a few days to see how they work and then let them go without pay. She has also withheld several other peoples last checks for no reason, saying to the ceo they owed her money. Which was flase in almost all cases. If I try and talk to the ceo he will only fire me. Who or what do I need to call or do about this? I've been searching for a job but if they call them for reference then they will let me go, my husband was let go from the same company for ridiculas terms. Im the only one working with two young children...I have been there for 7 months
