What is a better alternative to chlorox for cleaning?

I always used chlorox for cleaning my bathtub, toilet, floors, kitchen. I like it because it does its job well and it's cheap. The only drawback here is the odor. I have tried the scented ones but it still gives an unacceptable odor especially if I have friends coming in the house during the winter where everything is closed. Any solution for this? Any alternative? Anything I can add more to chlorox to neutralize the odor since it really is very cheap and it works. I can live with the smell. It's just that too many people go to my house by virtue of my type of job. Any input will be appreciated. Thanks.
