Zimbabwe proof that Africans cant do nothing right.?

do you think the world gives a flying S^&*t if every Zimbabwean starves to death. My personal belief is that the African natives are clearly incapable of governing them selves, now i am certain you think i am a racist but simply taking a look at general life expectancy in Africa it is clear that after any African country gets liberated from the terrible white life expectancy plummets. My question is would the world wide community intervene if Africa was re taken by white powers or would they celebrate.
