Exercise during pregnancy?
Without being scientific about it I've had 3 children and have always enjoyed exercising. I would suggest that u do calm down a bit with the exercising as overexertion can cause problems. However its still good to exercise whilst pregnant, walking is brilliant, also swimming and Yoga. I would suggest that you seek advise from a personal trainer as to whether you should continue lifting weights as when you are in late stages of pregnancy your lower back will be under strain anyway and you wouldn't want to do anything to make it harder for yourself. Also remember just because your pregnant don't eat for two, just unnecessary and don't think you'll have to worry about your figure returning after wards as when your fit before it makes getting back into shape a lot quicker.
