1st birthday party favors ideas?

We are doing a mini water park birthday for my son's first birthday in June. We are having a kiddie pool, a water table, a sprinkler, bubbles, etc. I am going to put rubber water squirters in the party favors, but what else can I put in there? Bubbles maybe? Should I even do party favors? And if you have any more ideas for the mini water park I would love to hear them. Thanks!
