Can any one help me ?

I have just got to the dan haag in the netherlands and found a hostel which has taken me on for free if i work for a few hours a day with free food,but to be honest i am looking to work here for 6 mth, i know that to get a bsn number you need an address in the hauge but if you are looking for something can you get a bsn number as i plan on staying here for 6 months
