Vasectomy reversal.Need advise...?

Dears . I would like to know what is a chance of having reversible vasectomy ,be successful ,with man about 65 years and woman around 50 years.i had vasectomy about over 25 years ago, and what is alternative , ( not adopting )if not possible to be successful, what would be your recommendation.please advise
